Thank you for choosing Mama SunFiyahh for your spiritual consultations, divinations, mentorship, classes, and other professional services. I sincerely appreciate your trust and the opportunity to assist you.
I understand that life happens. Unexpected circumstances, personal emergencies, and responsibilities may sometimes interfere with our plans. While I strive to approach every situation with compassion and understanding, maintaining a professional schedule requires mutual respect, communication, and accountability.
Each appointment represents time specifically reserved for you, along with the preparation, attention, and care necessary to provide meaningful service.
These policies have been established to ensure fairness, consistency, and consideration for everyone I serve.
Please review these policies carefully before scheduling an appointment or registering for a class or program.

Appointment Scheduling and Payment
All appointments must be scheduled through the authorized booking platform or an arrangement approved directly by Mama SunFiyahh.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly approved in writing or agreed upon my alternative arrangements by Mama SunFiyahh.An appointment is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Clients are responsible for verifying their appointment date, time, time zone, email address, and other booking information.
All appointment times are based on the time zone displayed in the booking confirmation.
Tardiness and Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all individually scheduled appointments.If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notification and approval, your appointment will be canceled, classified as a no-show, and subject to the cancellation and refund policies.
If you anticipate being late, please notify Mama SunFiyahh by email at sunfiyahhlearning@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may be accommodated at her discretion, depending on availability and the circumstances. Notification alone does not guarantee that an accommodation will be granted.
Important: If your late arrival is accommodated, your session will be limited to the time remaining within your originally scheduled appointment. Sessions will not be extended beyond their designated ending time, and no partial refunds will be provided for time missed due to tardiness.
For example, if you schedule a 60-minute appointment and arrive 15 minutes late with an approved accommodation, your session will be limited to the remaining 45 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled appointments by submitting written notification to sunfiyahhlearning@gmail.com.However, canceling an appointment does not automatically qualify the client for a refund, credit, or replacement session.
Because time is specifically reserved for each client, canceled appointments are nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law or otherwise authorized in writing.
Clients who wish to preserve their session fee are encouraged to request an eligible rescheduling rather than canceling their appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
I understand that circumstances may occasionally require an appointment to be changed.
Rescheduling requests must be received more than two hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.
The following conditions apply:
Only one rescheduling accommodation is permitted per paid appointment.
Requests must be submitted in writing to sunfiyahhlearning@gmail.com.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Mama SunFiyahh.
4. The rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date unless an extension is expressly authorized.
5. The original appointment remains scheduled until a replacement date and time have been confirmed in writing.
Requests received two hours or less before the scheduled appointment will ordinarily result in cancellation and forfeiture of the full session fee unless an exception has been expressly approved.
Once an appointment has been rescheduled, additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment.
If a replacement appointment cannot be arranged within the designated 30-day period, Mama SunFiyahh may approve an extension. If the purchased service cannot be provided, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
No-Show Policy
An appointment is classified as a no-show when a client fails to attend within the designated 10-minute grace period without an approved accommodation.No-shows are subject to the following conditions:
The appointment will be canceled.
The full session fee will be forfeited.
No refund, credit, or automatic replacement appointment will be provided.
Future appointments will require a new booking and payment unless an exception is expressly approved.
I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. For this reason, I reserve the right to extend a one-time courtesy rescheduling when circumstances warrant.
Such accommodations are discretionary and do not establish an entitlement to future exceptions.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law or otherwise authorized in writing by Mama SunFiyahh.
This policy applies to client-initiated cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, tardiness resulting in cancellation, and rescheduling requests submitted outside the required notice period.Payments reserve dedicated time that may no longer be available to other clients.
Dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance, divination interpretations, recommendations, or an anticipated outcome does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.
Spiritual services are intended to provide guidance, insight, and support. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Appointment Reminders and Communication
Appointment confirmations and reminders may be provided as a courtesy..However, clients and students remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointments and classes.
Failure to receive, open, or review an appointment reminder does not automatically exempt a participant from the attendance, cancellation, or refund policies.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and promptly communicating scheduling concerns.
All appointment changes and rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing to sunfiyahhlearning@gmail.com.
Appointment Changes Initiated by Mama SunFiyahh
On rare occasions, circumstances may require Mama SunFiyahh to cancel or reschedule an appointment, class, or other service.When this occurs, affected clients or students will be notified as promptly as reasonably possible.
A replacement appointment or class will be offered when appropriate and available.
If the purchased service cannot be provided or an acceptable replacement cannot be arranged, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
Clients and students will not be penalized for cancellations initiated by Mama SunFiyahh.

On rare occasions, circumstances may require Mama SunFiyahh to cancel or reschedule an appointment, class, or other service.When this occurs, affected clients or students will be notified as promptly as reasonably possible.
A replacement appointment or class will be offered when appropriate and available.
If the purchased service cannot be provided or an acceptable replacement cannot be arranged, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.

Virtual Appointments and Technical Difficulties
Clients attending virtual appointments are responsible for ensuring that their devices, internet connections, and communication platforms are functioning properly before the scheduled session.Appointment links and instructions will be provided through the contact information submitted during booking.
Clients should review their confirmation emails and check their spam or junk folders if an appointment link has not been received.
If you cannot locate your appointment link or experience technical difficulties, please notify Mama SunFiyahh immediately at sunfiyahhlearning@gmail.com.
Technical difficulties originating on the client's end do not automatically qualify an appointment for an extension, refund, or rescheduling.
If technical difficulties on Mama SunFiyahh's end prevent the service from being provided, an alternative appointment or appropriate refund will be offered.
Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that illness, family emergencies, unexpected obligations, and circumstances beyond our control may arise.Clients experiencing an emergency should communicate as soon as reasonably possible.
Requests for special consideration will be reviewed individually.
When appropriate, Mama SunFiyahh may authorize a one-time courtesy rescheduling without requiring an additional session fee.
Such exceptions are extended as professional courtesies and are not guaranteed.
An exception granted in one circumstance does not establish an automatic exception for future appointments.
Classes, Workshops, and Educational Programs
Attendance and Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared to participate, and respectful of the learning environment.
A 10-minute grace period is permitted for scheduled classes. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied admission to that session at the instructor's discretion.
Late admission may be permitted when it does not interfere with instruction, scheduled activities, or other participants.
Students who are admitted late remain responsible for material missed before their arrival.
The following provisions apply to classes, workshops, group instruction, spiritual education, mentorship programs, and other scheduled learning activities.Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.Tuition, registration fees, and other program payments are nonrefundable except as required by applicable law or otherwise authorized in writing.
Any additional payment terms, installment arrangements, or program-specific requirements will be communicated before enrollment.
Missed Classes
Students who miss a scheduled class are not automatically entitled to a refund, replacement session, private instruction, or repetition of missed material.When available, recordings or supplemental instructional materials may be provided at the instructor's discretion.
Availability of these materials is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the purchased program.
Class Transfers and Rescheduling
Requests to transfer enrollment to another scheduled class must be received more than two hours before the class begins.All transfers are subject to instructor approval, available space, and applicable program requirements.
The rescheduling provisions for individual appointments do not automatically guarantee replacement classes or transfers within a multi-session educational program.
Multi-Session Programs
Students enrolled in programs consisting of multiple sessions are responsible for attending the scheduled classes. Missing an individual class does not automatically reduce tuition or create eligibility for a partial refund.
Any payment plans, attendance requirements, make-up opportunities, or completion requirements will be governed by the terms established for the individual program.
Monthly Educational Groups and Memberships
Participation in an ongoing monthly educational group or membership is subject to the specific terms associated with the selected participation tier. Where payments are arranged on a manual monthly basis, participants are responsible for submitting payments by the designated due date.Manual monthly payment arrangements do not constitute authorization for automatic recurring charges.
Failure to attend a scheduled group session does not automatically excuse payment obligations or qualify the participant for a refund.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable membership terms, payments cover participation and access during the designated membership period rather than guaranteed attendance at every activity.
Additional membership requirements, including admission procedures, access privileges, and payment deadlines, may be governed by separate written agreements.
